What Inner Circle provides
Inner Circle provides fictional AI advisors for reflection and decision support. Their answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for checking important facts and making your own decisions. Inner Circle is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical or mental health professionals.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the service to violate the law, harass others, attempt to access someone else’s data or interfere with the service. The advisors are fictional; their names and portraits do not represent licensed professionals or real people offering advice.
Membership and billing
Choose Explore ($14.99 monthly or $143.88 annually), Core ($19.99 monthly or $191.88 annually) or Inner Circle Plus ($29.99 monthly or $287.88 annually). Annual prices are charged in one payment each year; the equivalent monthly amounts shown on the pricing page are for comparison. Explore includes 2 advisors, 15 advisor messages and 2 Circle sessions per rolling 24 hours. Core includes 3 advisors, 30 messages and 5 sessions; Plus includes 5 advisors, 60 messages and 10 sessions. Voice is available with Plus, subject to 30 recordings and 60 playbacks per rolling 24 hours. Existing subscriptions may retain their earlier features and price. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled, at the price shown at checkout. Taxes, when applicable, are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments.
You can request a plan change in “Account & billing.” An upgrade takes effect after Stripe successfully collects the charge shown in the preview, which may include a prorated credit for unused time. A downgrade, or a change from annual to monthly billing, starts at the next renewal. The current plan stays active until then. You may remove a scheduled change before it starts. If your new plan has fewer advisor slots, choose which advisors to keep once it begins. Special subscriptions may require support to make a change.
You may schedule cancellation in “Account & billing”; access continues to the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged for another period. You can also delete your account, which immediately cancels an active subscription and removes access. For billing errors or refund questions, email support. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.
Invitations, referrals and Founding Circle
New accounts require a single-use invitation, which expires after seven days. A queue position counts only after email verification. Each unique verified referral moves the referrer up 25 places, up to the front; three verified referrals unlock an invite. Self-referrals and duplicates do not count. Suspected abuse may require review.
The first 100 members to complete a paid conversion, ordered by Stripe’s recorded payment timestamp, receive Founding Circle status. Invites do not reserve a spot. Qualifying founders receive a permanent Core monthly rate, currently $9. The rate may be changed for future awards, while existing awarded rates remain locked. The first checkout uses the displayed standard plan price. A qualifying Core monthly founder receives an automatic refund of the difference and the locked rate on renewals. The founding rate applies to Core monthly billing; other plans and annual billing keep their displayed prices. Contact support for a change involving founding billing.
Content and availability
You retain responsibility for the content you provide. You permit Inner Circle and its service providers to process it to operate the service and produce advisor responses, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will communicate material changes affecting paid members where appropriate.
