Privacy Policy

Inner Circle is a personal board of AI advisors. This policy explains what information the service uses and how you can manage it. Questions or requests can be sent to rvfrankel@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you create an account, Firebase Authentication handles your email address, password or Google sign-in. We store your first name, advisor choices, preferred challenge style and the profile information you provide. We also store your advisor messages, Circle questions and responses, and editable memory notes. We retain subscription identifiers and status so that paid access works. Payment card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored in Inner Circle’s database.

Access requests and referrals

When you request access we store your name, email, LinkedIn URL, advisor preferences and optional decision. We also store verification and invitation status, your referral link, referral credits and queue movement. Unverified requests expire after seven days. We use a hashed network address to limit spam and flag referrals for review. Status links are emailed privately. Resend delivers verification, invitation and referral emails. Founding membership records retain a locked rate and badge; administrative grants, revocations and rate changes are logged. Contact support to edit or remove an access request.

How your advisors use information

Your selected advisors use your profile, relevant saved notes and recent conversation history to respond. After a conversation, Inner Circle may add up to two short notes based on durable information you explicitly shared, such as a goal or project. Review, edit or delete notes in “What My Circle Knows About Me.” Removing a note stops it being used as saved memory; the original message remains in your conversation until you delete your account.

Service providers

We use Firebase for account sign-in, OpenAI for advisor responses and optional voice features, Stripe for subscription billing, and our hosting and database provider to run and store the service. To generate a response, relevant text or audio is sent to OpenAI. Our API requests ask OpenAI not to store generated responses for product history; we keep your conversations in our own database so you can return to them. These providers may process data under their own applicable terms and policies.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit or remove saved notes at any time. “Account & billing” lets you delete your account, profile, conversations and Circle sessions. If you have an active subscription, account deletion cancels it immediately. Stripe may retain transaction records and service providers may retain records as required for billing, security or legal obligations. To ask about your information, contact the email above.

Security and changes

Access to private account data requires sign-in. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes; the current version and its update date will be available here.
